Processing Time

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. We aim to ship orders within this time after the payment has been processed. 

Shipping Rates

We are currently only shipping to Malaysia and Singapore.
However do stay tuned as we look to expand to more countries!

West Malaysia - RM8

East Malaysia - RM14

Singapore - RM30

Shipping Policy

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges, therefore it is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Minly & Co cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched, and is the customer’s responsibility to follow up on shipped orders. In any such delay, please contact the delivery company directly as they will be able to provide the most accurate information regarding your parcel.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. 
No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless:
i) If flaws in workmanship are found. 
ii) If an item arrives damaged
If (i) or (ii) are applicable, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Just let us know what happened and attach a picture, and we will get back to you ASAP.
